I never felt so loved

Being unloved

I never felt so secure

In my insecurities

I never felt so sustained

In my loneliness

To be so supported

And alone

The warmth

Penetrates through my skin

Awakening myself

With a glowing tinge

It eradicates

Every doubt

Every need

To be someone else

Every wish

To find someone to call my own

I’ve never been more alone

But less lonely

More broken

And yet closer to healing

Than with myself
